Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time for other clients to receive the services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a VALID credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains safe. In the event that we do not receive the required 24-hour notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your card or billed out to you. 

A cancel/reschedule given less than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of $35 and must be paid before rescheduling a new appointment. 
100% of service will be charged for a “no call/ no show”.

Late appointment: Grace period is 10 mins. After 10mins, a $15 fee will be added to checkout. 15 mins late, your Appointment will be canceled, and a new deposit required to rebook.
